• You must not already hold an active xp555 account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account across the xp555 platform. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate suspension and forfeiture of balances.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement with xp555 or any affiliated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. You must not register using a false identity, another person's details, or a fictitious name.

2.1 KYC Verification

You agree to:

• Ensure that your registered email address and contact details remain accurate and up to date. xp555 is not liable for notifications or communications not received due to outdated contact information.
• Not allow any other person to access or use your xp555 account. Each account is strictly personal and non-transferable.
• Not use your xp555 account for any commercial purpose, business activity, or on behalf of any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the xp555 platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion applied to player balances. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your gaming wallet, subject to any minimum deposit thresholds.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

In the event of a dispute regarding the result of a sporting event, xp555's decision — based on data from official governing bodies including the PCB, ICC, and PSL — is final.

• Any unauthorised access to your xp555 account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracies in odds, game results, or market information resulting from data feed errors from third-party providers, provided that xp555 takes reasonable steps to correct such errors promptly upon identification.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits xp555's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by xp555's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Suspension & Termination

xp555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

• The player is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• xp555 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity on the account.
• The player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The player is identified as being under 21 years of age.
• Regulatory requirements or legal obligations necessitate account closure.

Upon termination for cause, xp555 may withhold any bonus balances and winnings generated through activity that violated these Terms. Real-money deposits that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method after any required investigation is complete.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their xp555 account may do so by contacting xp555 support at any time. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13. Disputes & Complaints

15. Governing Law
